Because of their dubious business tactics, I had a very unsatisfactory experience with this firm. A salesperson told me throughout the sign-up process that international calling would cost $200 up front, and that any credit that was not utilized would be returned when the account was closed. I even have screen grabs attesting to this contract. But when I made the decision to cancel my account, I was told that there was a 30-day hidden limit, which prevented the refund from being executed. It is intolerable that they are not being transparent and that they are not keeping their word. I highly discourage utilizing this service.
