Manage up to 800 concurrent call sessions, together with 911 access for emergencies. With unlimited local calling offered for all packages, access nationwide calling as well depending on the package that you choose.

There are better alternatives out there

Unfortunately, this product didn't work for me as well as I had hoped. Despite the great levels of customizability and ease of use, it falls short when it comes to the screening of phishing or bot calls.

  • Easy to use, advanced customizability.
Cons
  • Mediocre security for phishing and bot calls, limited add-ons.

Thoughts on ComCast

The only positive that I can point to is the great range of features that they have. Learning and using the software proved to be quite a challenge and their support team weren't able to help much either.
