Ooma Office has been an incredible experience for me! We've found that it provides the best phone service and is very reasonable. We especially value the ability to easily update company hours during the pandemic and to reroute calls during internet failures. An enormous benefit is being able to control texts and photos using our business number. Excellent call clarity and prompt, attentive customer service with minimal wait times are provided. My only complaint is that, although while it's simple to use the backend, it may be easier to set up specific phone answering machines for people who aren't as experienced with the system.
