Highly recommended and competitive!

In general, my experience with Fluentstream has been world-class and amazing, starting from the sales process, onboarding, and daily use.

Pros

The software provided by Fluentstream is fairly straightforward, similar to most VOIP systems
While it may not have the flashy features of Vonage, RingCentral, or 8x8, it offers great cost-effectiveness, and the customer support team has been amazing throughout the selection, implementation, and ongoing use processes.

Cons

As for drawbacks, there isn't much to mention
Some features may be slightly harder to find compared to larger systems, mainly because Fluentstream is a newer vendor
However, they are constantly upgrading and improving the system to make it easier to use.

Best VOIP ever!

I don't have anything specific to mention.

Pros

I have had two separate experiences with Fluentstream at different times, but I had to cancel both times because my business did not make much use of the Toll-Free lines
However, I cannot speak highly enough of their service
It has been consistently fantastic, and I have nothing but praise for them
I have tried several VOIP services, but Fluentstream stands out as a truly enterprise-grade provider, unlike some others that feel amateurish
It was disappointing for me to cancel their service, but if I ever need a similar service in the future, I would choose them without hesitation.

Cons

On the downside, I'm not sure if this was their fault, but the porting process for my number took two weeks from the sign-up date
In comparison, when I ported my number out to Twilio, it only took a few days
However, this wasn't a major issue for me.
