Comprehensive Case Management Solution with Room for Improvement"

CentralReach initially served as our case management solution, but we have since transitioned to other websites for our case management needs. The switch has brought greater satisfaction to myself and many of my coworkers.

Pros
  • I appreciate that CentralReach offers a comprehensive solution for case management
  • The ability to easily add, modify, and remove programs is excellent, and the option to include reports as needed is a valuable feature.
Cons
  • I find CentralReach to be less intuitive compared to other software options
  • Even after receiving training, I often had to seek assistance from others to navigate the system
  • Personally, I find programs like extendedReach to be easier to use.
