CentralReach provides a centralized platform for managing both client and employee schedules, which significantly saves time. Additionally, using digital data collection tools instead of paper-based methods improves efficiency and reduces waste.

CentralReach offers a wide range of functionalities, and I discover new capabilities almost every day. One feature that stands out to me is the ability to automatically transfer client lessons between sessions, such as moving lessons from regular sessions to maintenance sessions.

Unfortunately, CentralReach experiences frequent breakdowns, which can be extremely frustrating. There is also a specific bug that occasionally prevents signing client session notes, requiring multiple attempts or even clearing cookies, especially when using Samsung tablets.

Central Reach effectively addresses the problem of multiple users needing to access and input data into the system simultaneously. Unlike other programs where only one user can access a client's chart at a time, Central Reach allows several users to work on the same chart concurrently. This greatly improves collaboration and efficiency.

One of the best aspects of Central Reach is its user-friendly interface. It excels in various areas such as scheduling, note-taking, and accessing client charts. Additionally, creating graphs at the end of each session is a breeze.

However, Central Reach does have some downsides. Occasionally, the platform experiences downtime, and there are instances when it can be inaccessible for an entire day. While this doesn't happen frequently, it can still be frustrating when it does occur.
