Source Medical’s Vision EHR is a cloud-based EHR built specifically to handle Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC) and refereed as ASC EHR. The solution is optimized for two different branches: therapy centers and specialty hospitals. This focus ensures that solutions are closely tailored to operating needs and billing peculiarities of these specific domains.
TherapySource is used in a very large number of therapy centers in the US. The solution helps these centers manage the entire range of clinical practices, financial operations, business development activities, administration and marketing of therapy practices. The solution offers modules to measure and report on the productivity of individual employees and the standards of patient care they provide. It handles scheduling of therapy sessions and can control schedules ranging from simple single location practices to complex, multi-location therapy centers. They give administrators details on available slots, equipment status, staff availability, and so on. Specialized therapy billing services can connect seamlessly with the accounting software in use and ensure tight control over bills and receivables.
The second version of Vision EHR deals specifically with specialty hospitals. It combines clinical and financial information in a single database to give a high capability system that improves hospital efficiency and bottom-line performance. Besides the commonly available clinical practice management modules, the solution also has a comprehensive inventory management system and a module to support medical reporting.
Payment options are flexible, allowing even smaller practices to take advantage of the wide range of services offered.
I value SIS Complete's quickness, especially the feature that lets me code and enter charges straight from the coder's viewpoint. This reduces the need for in-depth audits and streamlines the procedure. Even while I do occasionally run into problems with line item-based reporting, there are workarounds available.
Steer clear of this product. They may have attractive booths at events and a polished sales pitch, but their service is appalling. They haven't produced the product they've been promising for a year.
The Average Wheelhouse score for the Medical Practice Management category is 8.1
