Inadequate customer support

The main reasons I am so unhappy with this program are its terrible follow-up and customer care. Simple solutions necessitate opening a ticket as opposed to giving someone a quick call. Customer care is outsourced to another country and is frequently quite confusing, even if the sales force is located in the United States. The software itself is difficult to use; it frequently seems like a "12 step" program that must be used to accomplish simple tasks. I would give it zero stars if I could, even though it is a well-established corporation with competitive features.

  • Dismal customer service, no or poor follow up, need to enter a ticket even for simple fixes that should be a phone call, sales seem to be all US based but customer service is overseas and very difficult to understand at times.
