Great experience generally.
Learning it is simple, it eases scheduling, and it is a modest system.
Losing new data is possible if you’re not careful during combination of patient details.
It is adaptable, dependable, using it is simple, it has additional features, and client support is good
Very expensive.
BEWARE. Don’t use it.
I didn’t see any pros except the price.
Reports are inaccurate, lack of communication and reminders don’t work. They hardly admit that we do have any issues.
By the time of going live, plenty of installation work remained forcing us to postpone the process by two months. After going live and using it for one year, most of our patients leave as it is full of bugs. Overall, the experience of patients has become very confusing and horrible. It is full of incorrect reminders and its portal is glitched. Investing in this software will cost you your money and patients.
It has many useful features, and if everything really functioned well, it would be extremely simple and customizable to use.
Terrible support-extremely slow response. Bugs are all over the software and very minimal processes (if any) were thought through.
