Pretty good

Windstream offered voice options at an affordable rate. Choosing them as a PRI provider significantly reduced costs compared to traditional copper lines. Along with the benefits of MPLS, we were able to save a lot of money.

Pros

I really liked was their customer service
It was great to be able to easily open tickets through their portal or by calling their 800 number
Plus, since Windstream managed the MPLS network, it took a lot of responsibility and workload off our shoulders.

Cons

We experienced more and longer outages than we considered acceptable
During those times, getting in touch with someone for updates and reasons behind the outages was difficult
Additionally, the cost-to-bandwidth ratio was too high for our liking.
