Cloud-Based Remote Assistance at Its Finest: Affordable Excellence for Your Needs.

Zoho Assist solves the problem of remote connectivity and allows for efficient collaboration. However, it would be beneficial if the requirement for application installation on the same PC could be eliminated, especially when using the same PC for multiple sessions.

Pros
  • I particularly like the seamless connectivity it offers, and the audio functionality is the most powerful feature
  • It works perfectly without any voice lag.
Cons
  • One aspect I dislike is the need to install the application on the same PCs every time.
