This VoIP service provider hasn't been good at all. It is nearly impossible to install; you will have to work it out on your own. Three appointments were abruptly missed by the sales department. My internal support worker was really challenging to deal with; they argue rather than settle disputes and brush off my worries as being particular. After a month, our system is still not working properly, even after many hours spent waiting on hold with incompetent level 1 assistance who attribute every problem on billing. We paid up front, yet the issues still exist. We are actively trying to switch carriers in order to transfer our numbers, so please do not enroll in yearly plans.
