While technical support was responsive, the same cannot be said for customer support when it came to billing or contract issues. Exiting the contract was a cumbersome process as Nextiva failed to honor their end of the agreement.

Coming from a frustrating encounter with ATT, which was marred by poor service and a complete lack of attention to detail, our switch to Nextiva was an incredibly positive contrast. With ATT, it was an agonizing ordeal lasting over six months, marked by constant mistakes on their end, just to get the service started. To make matters worse, the features we desired were tucked behind a more expensive package. Nextiva was like a breath of fresh air in comparison.
