A Great Solution for Streamlined Support

The product solves the challenge of efficiently resolving technical support tickets for our clients. It ensures that our entire IT team is on the same page, leading to better collaboration and quicker issue resolution. GoTo Resolve has been a game changer, and I find it superior to other tech solutions I have used in the past.

Pros
  • I particularly love the convenience of joining a support session by SMS or email
  • It greatly enhances the seamless support experience for our clients
  • Additionally, the ability to manage support tickets efficiently contributes to better organization and coordination within our support team.
Cons
  • While GoTo is generally a great service, it can sometimes suffer from unreliability
  • However, I have not experienced any issues with GoTo Resolve so far, so I don't have any dislikes specifically related to this product.
