Freshworks offers four convenient pricing plans, which include:

• The Starter plan, at $19 per month per agent,
• The Growth plan, at $49 per month per agent,
• The Pro plan, at $95 per month per agent,
• The Enterprise plan, at $119 per month per agent.

Prices indicated above are all part of annual plans. Month-to-month plans are also available, albeit at a slightly higher rate.
