Apollo is a great product

General Comments: The software does the job for us without a doubt. Apollo’s support team has been great as well. Not only did they help a great deal with the setup and move from another system, but they are also always there to back us up.

• The dashboard is your starting point for each patient
• You can manage their appointments, see the notes, enter charges, bill them
• The added features such as Bill as Last Time option are great as well
• The bills that this system generates are simple to understand and we have received positive feedback from our clinic’s patients about them
• The software is stable and free from annoying glitches
• It is also easy to learn and use
• What else, customer support is good also.

• There are some controls are that too strong at times, so to speak
• At times, there is a need to delete some appointments for example, and this cannot be done except for one at a time unless they were made in a series
• There are reasons behind such controls, but they are annoying when they want to get done with work quickly but must do repetitive tasks.
