Users of Line2's business phone service have the ability to set up a second phone number on any device using their app. Users can take calls on any device, anyplace, which is advantageous for working outside of the office. The advantages of being able to accept calls on any device outweigh the disadvantages, even though the connection on calls is not always crystal clear and the software requires frequent updates.
