An incredible solution to all dialing issues

A lot of business problems of ours are solved. Easy management and execution of outbound programs are possible. Cost-Effective software.

Pros

Setting it up is very easy along with new campaigns
Great voice quality is provided either its a domestic call or an international one
No extra charges are there
Recording benefits us a lot in different ways.

Cons

Reporting is very difficult with it
Recordings can not be saved for a longer time
Sometimes the recording option doesn’t work which is very frustrating.
