Great software that falls short

Twilio's best feature is their extremely helpful customer support team who are very responsive and always ready to help us with our specific needs. I also like how seamlessly it integrates with Zendesk. However, its ability to integrate with other third-party applications is quite limited which requires additional assistance from their support team.

Pros
  • Great customer support team, easy to use, well-designed interface, Zendesk integration.
Cons
  • Minor bugs, functionality not as effective as the competition, limited third-party integration.
