Lots of features to better your service

  • It is modular, using it is simple, using a self-service portal that helps you get all requests without giving support throughout, the user community gets the chance to log incidents and requests, the software evolvement has enabled it to understand the needs of clients better, great software support from experts who take plenty of time to understands your trade besides understanding their personal trade, they don’t combine new features into their products mainstream, and the TOPdesk-where the new available stand-in features are Beta tried, is supported by people with great quality and at a fee that is very cheap.
Cons
  • Report generation is at times tricky.
