What can be better than Sumtotal?

I like this LMS. It is reliable.

Pros

Bigger organization find it quite beneficial for transferring all their data to a new LMS
A lot of functionalities can cover all your training activities
Support is really supportive
A bit expensive but offers more than itsprice actually.

Cons

Expensive, A few organizations can afford it
But works well in each field.
