Feature-Rich Yet Confusing UI

A comprehensive feature set from SuccessFactors improves workplace functionality. It promises a big impact and performs exceptionally well in performance reviews. It also facilitates requests for extra skills like coaching and mentoring. Its overall usability is diminished by its convoluted menus, which make browsing its user interface difficult at times. Even with this flaw, SuccessFactors is still suitable for the tasks for which it was designed, and there is still room for improvement in terms of user experience.

Not so great!

I would prefer using workday over success factors

  • The availability of fields necessary for general recruitment and acq of talents are helpful in replacing paper based CVs.
  • There is no possibility to customize based on local requirements
  • Example: one field cannot be hidden to another country.
