SumTotal allows us to create custom courses for our employees to follow. We are also able to control the level of access that each employee has based on their roles and designations. In addition, the ability to import data on previous training is an immense advantage.

It can record the long meetings, and then post those on its dashboard. The support staff is very cooperative and helpful. We are definitely having it for this year's venue too.
