OneHub is a digital asset management system that makes collaborating between team members and contractors easier and more direct. The service achieves this through eight key modules that each come with important content management tools. The Storage feature allows users to drag and drop files for uploading, organize into folders without needing tags or other labels, move or copy files around in the workspace, do a search within each document’s text, control archiving and versioning, and work with an FTP gateway to upload a large volume of files all at once.
Through the Sync feature, collaboration begins to shine. Sync happens immediately, around the globe, so all of your team members are up to date and ready no matter what changes occur. Users can prioritize their workspaces so they only see what they must do at any given point, and streamline their to-do list for maximum productivity. The next tool is Sharing, and this allows users to set up teams within workspaces, create roles for each team member including permissions, and share secure links to files or folders. With the Business Plan upgrade, users can also add password protection and expiration dates on links.
The Previews tool gives users the ability to preview content on any device, even through the mobile app. You can see a traditional folder view of organized documents, or switch to a thumbnail view for a more visual organization. Almost every file type you could need is supported in OneHub’s digital asset management system. The dedicated Collaboration tools include comments, Google Drive integration, messages, dashboards to monitor activity, and notifications based on user-defined triggers. Everything in OneHub can be customized for branding, and multiple security features like passwords, session timeouts, audit trails, watermarks, and authentication processes keep all your assets safe and only accessible to those who need them.
Exceptional value and efficiency. While a few external users faced access issues, likely due to firewall restrictions on their end, this was easily mitigated by providing access via personal emails. The platform's capabilities far outweigh this minor inconvenience.
Our clients have had a seamless experience with this product, with only occasional password-related challenges. While it performs well in document transfer and notification, the addition of alphabetical workspace filtering would further elevate its functionality.
The Average Wheelhouse score for the Content Management System (CMS) category is 7.8
