OnBase Top Features Related Review

This is an amazing app. Other than storing and accessing the records safely and securely, the new interface and features are easy to use. I am not sure if our institution purchased any upgraded features in Onbase or it already had any up-gradation or facelift, it is running pretty fast and the labeled icons are helping a lot in using OnBase easily.

Pros

Onbase's new colorful web-based screen and the interface is an added advantage
The interface and functionality are very user-friendly
I can create my own favorites that I use often and thereby I can quickly reach the page or information which I need and use most.

Cons

There are no cons of Onbase as such
The problem is more related to my lack of knowledge as I did not have any formal training about Onbase
So I could learn more about its newer features
But right now I am using only fewer features to do the tasks I need when searching for student records/documents
I also found something very interesting while searching for various things around
It was the query history tool
This tool helped me see a list of my most recent searches which I really liked.
