Efficient Team Collaboration

I've had a pleasant experience using Front. Having previously utilized Zedesk for managing incoming emails with my team, I find that Front offers similar functionalities.

  • Assign emails to coworkers
  • Divide work efficiently among team members
  • Delegate tasks seamlessly
  • Organize work effectively in a cross-functional team.
Cons
  • As an admin user, tracking team performance within the platform is not as practical as I'd like it to be
  • It would be beneficial to have more robust filters and functionalities for tracking
