If you're someone who relies heavily on email communication, I would definitely recommend this software as it can save you time and streamline your inbox.

One of the things I loved most about the software was the ability to manage multiple email accounts from one place. As a business owner who communicates primarily via email, having all my emails in one place was incredibly convenient. The ability to tag emails for other users was also a huge plus.

On the downside, I did find the software to be quite pricey, especially for small businesses. However, if you have the budget for it, I think it's definitely worth the investment.

One of the best CRMs out there. Period. They don't have paid add-ons. I use their free web forms. Their browser extension is also great. I've been using OnePage for 5 years now and can't recommend it highly enough.

Built for sales, no extra fluff

Would be great to have more integrations

I run a small consultancy firm and I think I've tested every single productivity tool (Notion, Todoist, Trello, etc.) Keeping my tasks and clients there was working fine for me until I had my first 5 hires. Then data management turned into a big mess. So we started looking for a simple CRM and my PA found OnePageCRM. I like that it syncs with so many different apps and pulls data into one place. I'm a huge fan of structures and orders and it feels great to finally have my data organized and structured.

Full email sync, team management, focused users

A few features might be missing but not deal breakers for us (it's a perfect solution for its price)
