Make sure you see it in use and understand where it is in development before any commitment

General Comments: It is hard to recommend this software to anyone with the kind of experience that we’ve had both with the product and the service.

Pros
  • It provides you with the promise that it will function to help you run your practice well and maybe even improve it.
Cons
  • There is almost nothing that I like about this software
  • It delivers less than our expectations and less than what was told to us that we’d receive
  • The customer support isn’t great either
  • Sometimes, it takes them months to fulfill a rather simple request
  • The new patient portal named Updox is almost worth using but the service still needs work.
