Easy to use CRM

We needed a simple CMS to use in the rebuild of our entire platform, and after evaluating other headless CMS options, we found that Contentful met our needs. Additionally, Contentful demonstrates excellent company ethics, which is important to us."

Pros

Contentful is great for everyone involved in creating a website, from API integration to content management, whether technical or not
It is highly effective and user-friendly
Personally, I enjoy the fun snippets/questions that pop up while waiting for a page to load.

Cons

A back button would be useful for navigating between versions when editing content
Sometimes, when tweaking content, it's necessary to go back a few steps to a previous version between the last publish and the new edit, and not having a back button can result in loss of creativity.
