The handiest tool I have for everyday tasks.

Because it eliminates the need for on-site visits, ConnectWise ScreenConnect is an easy-to-use remote assistance product that has saved our organization money and time. The program is dependable, never crashes, and easily interfaces with other ConnectWise systems. ConnectWise ScreenConnect is a robust and dependable remote help solution that we heartily recommend to any IT professional.

Cons
  • App navigation is not good and user interface and icon needs an update.

Great value for money

Majority of our customers require a one-time service or an annual support requirement. The fact that customers do not need to hav ethe desktop client installed for us to provide the support they need is a great advantage. We would recommend the self-hosted model as it is quite easy to setup and can be customized to meet your requirements.

Pros
  • Gets the job done, maintenance charges incurred only when we require maintenance, easy setup and configuration process, desktop client not required by customer for our support.
Cons
  • Didn't get the setup we paid for, tech support almost non-existent.
