As a nonprofit organization heavily dependent on daily communication with our community members, Net2Phone, with the help of Mark, our Customer Success Account Manager, has been instrumental in tailoring our phone system to our unique needs. We've successfully implemented call tracking, call recording, and a logical phone tree system with options in English and Spanish.
Customization to meet specific organization needs. Call recording feature. Upcoming whisper-tone option
Voicemail deletion must be done one by one. Occasional freezing in the browser version. Lack of a downloadable software version
