Recorded lines is extremely helpful in my job. Being able to deal with complaints effectively is a big part of a business.
I love how you can easily pull calls by logging in and look through the logs. It also has a Bluetooth feature, which can be used to transfer calls quickly. You can also set different ring tones for each individual on your phone.
It relies too much on your wi-fi. You can only go as far as 3 months for recorded calls.
After a couple of discouraging experiences with other similar products, I'm happy I chose Vantage. This is the ideal solution for a growing business. Call clarity is excellent and their support team has been more than helpful.
