The product enables remote work, which is particularly beneficial for individuals with frequent travel obligations.Exploring alternative solutions may be worthwhile for those seeking a more reliable and professional communication tool.
The mobile accessibility of this product is highly convenient.
An essential drawback is the necessity to connect to WiFi for the mobile feature to function. Also, there are persistent sound issues, with interruptions during client interactions, which negatively impacts professionalism.
The sales suport team was very patient in explaining the use of the system before the sale, helpful in the porting stage, and knowledgeable in the implementation and on boarding parts of the process. We move freom Ring Central and are happy with the choice. The virtual PBX is a great value and solid ROI for my firm.
great support.
so many features it can take a while to use an and master.
The experience with onSIP was fantastic. The support team was approachable and greatly helpful when we contacted them asking for assistance.
Exceptional support.
Their web app was once a poor reflection of the quality of their physical offering.
I am no stranger to VoIP so I knew what I was looking for when I came across PanTerra. I also knew what I was NOT looking for. After doing a few trials with other companies, I knew at the end of the day it really came down to support. The set up was not rushed and they took their time to make sure I had what I needed before I even ordered phones. Oh, they also don't bill you while you build out the system!
The thing I like best is that I have only had to call them 3 times in the past year. Really nothing has needed fixed. I have been called from Jive, Vonage and all the rest and they try to sell me “cheaper” service, but honestly, who needs the cheapest plan when this is your business life line.
Nice sales rep, Customer Service is based in US, Support is quick to answer, Free phones.
