After doing a few trials with other companies, I knew at the end of the day it really came down to support. The set up was not rushed and they took their time to make sure I had what I needed before I even ordered phones. Oh, they also don't bill you while you build out the system!
The thing I like best is that I have only had to call them 3 times in the past year. Really nothing has needed fixed. I have been called from Jive, Vonage and all the rest and they try to sell me “cheaper” service, but honestly, who needs the cheapest plan when this is your business life line.
