    Centrical has revolutionized the way our remote staff operates. Curated content, Kudos-driven motivation, and smooth corporate communication have all increased engagement. Additionally, we're using its performance features to support staff members' development. Notwithstanding some rough reporting, Centrical has had a demonstrable positive overall impact on motivation, engagement, and efficient communication.     Working with Enghouse Interactive is a pleasure. The project managers and consultants are very capable and accommodating, and our communication with them is excellent. The only problem we ever encountered was with EasyCIM last year, but it was quickly rectified.
