Centrical Review

Centrical is a great way to get the sales community aligned around specific products and services. This can be a huge challenge, but Centrical makes it much easier to track and understand people's understanding of our customer service offerings. I think this focus on sales enablement is really benefiting our team and helping us work more efficiently.

Pros
  • I really love the gamification elements of Centrical - they make using the platform so much more fun and engaging
  • Plus, the interface is really user-friendly and intuitive, which is always a plus
  • Another thing that I appreciate is how motivational Centrical is for the sales community and beyond.
Cons
  • One thing I've noticed is that it can be a bit tricky to navigate Centrical if you're new to the platform
  • While it definitely helps with onboarding into a company overall, I think the initial onboarding experience could be a bit smoother.
