When I'm not in the office, I enjoy that I can have calls routed to my cell, and when I call clients from the app, our office number is displayed rather than my cell. However, despite numerous communications with customer service, I have encountered a number of software-related problems that have not yet been fixed.

Call forwarding

Several issues even after multiple contacts with customer support have still not been resolved.

It is simple to use and has excellent audio quality. The login information is also simple to understand. After every meeting, I was able to turn my camera on and off due to the contact center's wonderful assistance. Still I've had some trouble, getting my camera to shut off after a meeting.

Be sure to watch the training videos, which are helpful for getting started. Talkdesk is a great option for office settings, offering a more ergonomic alternative to holding the phone to your shoulder while typing.

I particularly enjoy the fact that it is accessible on the computer, as you are already looking at the screen anyway. It is very user-friendly, always available, and streamlines everyday tasks.

There are few negative aspects that come to mind regarding Talkdesk. If anything, I would suggest that the sound of the ringing tone could be improved, with the option for different sounds or tones. Additionally, when multiple calls are coming in, the inability to switch to an away or out of office mode means that calls keep appearing and require rejection, which can become tiresome. Finally, while cordless headphones are not a direct issue with Talkdesk itself, it would be beneficial to have this option available for users.

Having the software functioning took extremely long. Their support team is extremely poor-unreliable, inept, etc.
