We've finally got all our data in one place thanks to Workbooks, which means we can get stuff done faster. And because it's so flexible, we could change it to fit our work processes exactly how we wanted.

• I love how flexible it is, with really cool features that are easy to use straight out of the box
• Unlike other solutions, it's super easy to customize the interface and what data you collect
• If you get some training on reporting, you can do pretty much anything with it.

• The pricing info is a bit confusing, and even though we told them, they still haven't fixed some of it on their website
• Like, you need the Advanced Security Extension for single sign-on, but they don't mention that anywhere.
