Effective Ticket Tracking

This is a great product that works effectively, and the support is top-notch.

Pros
  • The ability to generate reports to view all tickets for my organization is a valuable feature.
Cons
  • Lack of the ability to include the same response for multiple tickets (duplicates)
  • Limited integration options with other software
