Sharpen is generally stable, but it can sometimes experience errors

We can track our performance, arrange our customer interactions, and deliver superior service with the aid of the call center software. Even though there are occasions when errors occur and a reboot is necessary, it also helps to ensure that calls are clear and uninterrupted.

Sharpen has a well designed interface

Sharpen is a user-friendly softphone that is easy to use. It has many functions, yet they are all simple to use and locate. Compared to other softphones I've used, Sharpen is simpler to use. However, setting up a conference call is an unnecessary complicated task. Sharpen is an excellent softphone all around with a user-friendly UI.
