ERP that's big on features but light on cost, specifically crafted for SMB manufacturers

M1 is an intuitive CRM solution with a sophisticated SQL database, on-premise customization, and extensive project management features. Even though the cloud-based version has less customization options, it's still a great option for companies that need to monitor every step of their project management and sales processes. We've been able to effectively adapt M1 to our particular project-based sales process, which has improved project management and cost control.

Superb program

Compared to the previous tools we utilized, M1's strong customizability and transparency make it simple to navigate across departments and mine data. I value the ability to eliminate paper as well. The fact that we lack internal code writers is one drawback; as a result, we must pay for customizations.
