There are no contracts or commitments, and you can try it out free for 30 days. If your ideal customer service experience involves filling out a contact form and waiting several days for a response, only to get an unhelpful form email that doesn't address your question, then you'll love most other CRM companies. If you prefer getting fast, free support via email, phone, and even screen sharing, then you'll like us better.
When it comes to affordability and usability, LACRM excels. It's not the most elegant, but considering the cost, it's invaluable for handling my clientele. It's easy to set up, the dashboard helps me stay organized, and calling people is a pleasure when I attach things to them. Help is also excellent; inquiries are responded to within a day. Yes, I would have preferred more Zapier integrations.

The Average Wheelhouse score for the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) category is 7.8
