Altitude Xperience has helped us address our challenge of partner knowledge and timely issue resolution. Although we have experienced the need for OEM involvement in most cases, the application still provides valuable solutions for our needs."

Pros
  • The stability of the call handling feature is impressive
  • However, the supervisor windows for real-time KPI view could be more advanced.
