Not recommended

3CLogic allowed us to establish and operate the first call center within our organization's individual business department. The tools provided by 3CLogic were crucial in achieving this. Thanks to their call center solution, we were able to assemble a dedicated team of customer-focused agents for our HR department. From the very first day of our launch, these agents have been fully functional and available to handle support calls. It has been an amazing experience overall.
