General Comments: The system does everything for me. A great helper for me. Bravo!

A very nice app with a very reasonable price and ease of use. Customization offers you a great deal of acquisition according to your business needs. You can add personalized notes about the opportunities. A tool to handle your leads professionally.

Not many cons as such except that it is focused on B2B selling but can be adjusted easily.

General comments: I would not recommend it. Other products in the market are offering much better results.

A great sales CRM. Visualization and automation are wonderful.

Pipedrive is somewhat buggy. Limited functions disappoint me a lot.

Workbooks offers a user-friendly interface that is not only easy to navigate but also highly configurable to suit our needs.

Workbooks has allowed us to track our sales pipeline, generate crucial reports, and consolidate important business data into a single, centralized platform.

The integration with Mailchimp leaves room for improvement and isn't as seamless as desired.
