Although Avalara has a strong sales force, their customer support is appalling. They were uncooperative and hesitant to collaborate with us, and it took them six months to resolve an issue with their integration with Service Titan. The use tax specialist didn't seem to be listening when I had to repeatedly explain my tax status. They began to back down when I informed them we could no longer collaborate with them, but it was too late.

Not as many features as some other apps, no free app available

and users have reported problems with dialing and call quality

The toll-free number offered by GoTo Contact Center is a useful feature, and both its desktop and mobile apps are dependable. Its inability to send or receive text images or screenshots is one of its limitations. GoTo Contact Center is a feature-rich and dependable contact center solution all around.

We completely trust this software. We don’t have to use paper anymore now. Everything is digital. It is very beneficial for call centers.

It is a very easy program. The layout is really wonderful. The dashboard is awesome. Call scripting is simple, reporting is fantastic, and workflow is efficient.

Email client is a bit difficult to use and doesn't have a very modern look to it. Occasional service outages hamper productivity, but this is not often.
