For our remote teams, FusionWorks UC One was a simple and efficient solution. The software offers all the capabilities you require and was simple to deploy. It easily combines with the Windows application, mobile app, and actual phone. For more installation and onboarding choices, I'd want to see a Windows app from the Microsoft store. Some settings can be a little challenging to locate.

We move freom Ring Central and are happy with the choice. The virtual PBX is a great value and solid ROI for my firm.

I used Fusion Private/Hybrid Cloud in a previous web application project to backup data to a different hosted environment. This solution is easy to learn and use, and it offers a variety of features, such as no IT infrastructure costs, reduced complexity, high scalability, and easy data archiving. However, it can be improved in some areas, such as security, infrastructure visibility, and cost-effectiveness.

I am no stranger to VoIP so I knew what I was looking for when I came across PanTerra. I also knew what I was NOT looking for. After doing a few trials with other companies, I knew at the end of the day it really came down to support. The set up was not rushed and they took their time to make sure I had what I needed before I even ordered phones. Oh, they also don't bill you while you build out the system!
The thing I like best is that I have only had to call them 3 times in the past year. Really nothing has needed fixed. I have been called from Jive, Vonage and all the rest and they try to sell me “cheaper” service, but honestly, who needs the cheapest plan when this is your business life line.
Nice sales rep, Customer Service is based in US, Support is quick to answer, Free phones.
