Excellent product but payment is problematic

Zoom Video Webinar product has worked well for me, my clients, and my business. I am satisfied with this product and highly recommend it.

• Zoom is easy to use and the free version also offers 40 minutes which was sufficient for quick client chats
• I especially like the record feature that offers an mp3 download of the chat or puts it in the "cloud" for easy access
• The video connections have also been great and thereby my clients found accessing the meeting very easy
• I recently upgraded to the Pro version so that I could have more video time.

• The major problem that I had to face with Zoom was when I wanted to upgrade
• I received all kinds of error messages when I tried to use valid cards (I entered 2 multiple times) for payment
• Then I wanted to take help from the tech support and gave them the error code through a call but I was asked to provide my card info over the phone
• They did not give any explanation of the code errors or troubleshooting options
• I was not willing to give any financial information over the phone, so I opted to use Paypal instead of the site and it worked.
