Finally, a CRM that's built for the way we do business today.

Because of its client-focused methodology, which sets it apart for both small and large enterprises, Solve360 excels. Even on mobile devices, using its user-friendly design and extensive contact management tools is a snap. The general simplicity of use and customization more than make up for the little annoyance of not having an Excel export.

Cons
  • Data backup can only be done in a single format.

Fantastic product and top-notch customer service.

It was suggested to me by an IT company for my educational business, and I was intrigued by its capacity to gather data at every turn, from learner assessment and enrollment to continuous parent communication. The customer service was outstanding, and the software is very user-friendly. Customer Care was pleasant, informative, and attentive to my unique question. They eventually found a solution, which gave me the confidence to join up. My only small recommendation is that the platform's visual design might use some polish.
