Continuous Learning and Support with Sage HR

Sage HR helps me enhance my knowledge and skills by learning from the challenges I encounter. Additionally, being a part of Sage City and having access to Sage University allows me to continuously improve my understanding and proficiency in using the software."

Pros

I appreciate the program's well-designed structure and the helpfulness of the call center agents when seeking assistance
The online learning resources and being part of the Sage Community also provide valuable opportunities to research and find answers to previously addressed queries.

Cons

One drawback is that access to Excel reports requires a separate payment, which can be inconvenient
Additionally, there is no module specifically tailored for the Building Industry Bargaining Council, so whenever I have questions related to it, I have to rely on the call center
This often involves either consulting with a specialized consultant for Bargaining Councils, incurring additional costs, or spending considerable time explaining the intricacies of the templates and lookup tables created by the original consultant, which can be frustrating and time-consuming.
